We have chosen grain finishing on barley and oats to deliver a consistent product that has perfect marbling, resulting in juicier and tastier steaks. We reserve the finest animals for our customers.  We also take the time to age our steaks 40 days. The marbling and flavour of our bison cannot be matched so try it for yourself and taste the difference 100 years of experience makes.

At Circle W Bison we can guarantee exactly how your meat has been raised and produced.  We treat our animals humanely and provide plenty of room to roam.  No added hormones or therapeutic antibiotic feed are given.  They are well nourished with our homegrown feed and are handled as little as possible.
